A syndicate of ten banks has arranged a $22 billion loan facility to support Blackstone Inc. and Alphabet Inc.'s joint cloud venture, Crux AI, Bloomberg reported.

The financing underscores continued use of mega-debt to fund the AI processing hardware required for such ventures.
