Dragon Rise Holdings (06829.HK) said on August 27, 2026, that its wholly owned subsidiary DRNE Next Mobility signed a blockchain agency agreement with an integrated blockchain service provider.

According to Foresight News, the agreement covers cooperation to issue privately placed tokenized limited-recourse notes backed by real-world assets on the Ethereum and Solana blockchains.
