According to NS3.AI, more than 90% of these payments were worth less than one cent.

An eight-day surge on Solana accounted for 94.5% of the transactions in the sample.

BeInCrypto's provisional readiness assessment gave micropayments the top score, 60.7 out of 100, though the report notes that concrete evidence of actual use remains limited for the institutional workflows examined.
