TRON network's Super Representatives have launched a vote on mainnet Committee Proposal No. 107. The ballot is scheduled to conclude at 2 p.m. on August 28.

The proposal aims to enable features in GreatVoyage-v4.8.2 that align TVM with Ethereum's Prague and Osaka upgrades. The planned changes include the ability to query historical block hashes, the introduction of a new CLZ instruction, a secp256r1 precompiled contract supporting Passkey verification, and reduced energy use for the MODEXP operation.

Approval would enhance TVM's compatibility with Ethereum's latest upgrade features and support broader smart contract development and cross-ecosystem interoperability.
