Trump Conducted Nearly 28,700 Stock Trades as Trading-Ban Bill Gains Momentum
BeInCrypto reported that Donald Trump logged about 28,700 stock trades over a 17-month period, a figure that exceeds the combined total of 22,200 trades by all members of Congress, while he supported a bill to ban individual-stock trading by lawmakers and their families.
The measure was advanced by House Republicans in July but would not cover the president, and the White House has said that outside firms manage Trump’s holdings through index-tracking approaches.
