Trump says he could strike Iran as he argues U.S. rates are too high
In a White House interview cited by Jin10, Trump said the Strait of Hormuz saw heavy traffic overnight, with an average of about 30 ships crossing the route and a large amount of oil moving through the strait.
He added that he may take military action against Iran and noted that U.S. interest rates are currently too high.
During the remarks, he also expressed respect for Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh.
