Wallstreetcn reported that UK 10-year gilt yields fell 10.8 basis points to 5.280% intraday during late European trading on September 16, while the 2-year yield dropped 14.5 basis points to 4.746%.

The long end also weakened, with the 30-year yield down 8 basis points and the 50-year yield down 10.1 basis points. The 2/10-year yield spread widened by 4.120 basis points to +53.687 basis points.
