X won an early ruling in a Delaware federal case that blocks Operation Bluebird from using certain trademarks tied to Twitter.

U.S. District Judge Colm F. Connolly ruled on Thursday that Bluebird's defense claiming that X had abandoned eight trademarks containing Twitter elements failed, clearing the way for the injunction against the mark usage.
